Vitality is a confidential engagement. What can be said: I'm Delivery Lead for the Product Engineering workstream, one part of a wider programme rolling out AI enablement across the entire software development lifecycle.
The role covers coach, strategist, enablement lead, and process designer. I sit within the Product function and work directly with PMO and Engineering, reporting to the leadership team.
Security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-grade delivery for a global business are built into the work, not bolted on afterward. I'm also building the AI-native process itself, hands-on, not advisory from the sidelines.

Redesigning the process before automating it, not the other way round, is the whole thesis. The AI-native process is built into how the function already works, reducing flow time and improving outcomes and P&L rather than speeding up a workflow that shouldn't exist in its current form.
